About Cory
Some people go to school to learn how to do auto body, and others are born into it. I am the latter and for as long as I can remember I have been working on and riding in old cars.
My passion for classic cars began while watching my dad and Uncle Carl work on them. They were auto body men by trade and car crazy at heart. My whole family loved driving, collecting, and restoring old cars. This is where my appreciation for classic cars began.
Many kids may play with Tonka Toys or Lego, but I played with real cars. My education began before I started kindergarten, taking parts of cars apart and then putting them back together. I watched closely and learned through experience.
At 7-years old, I rebuilt my first snow mobile engine. By age 13, I had started my own snowmobile business and bought my first car to restore, a 1961 Ford, which I still own today. I have been around cars, snowmobiles, and airplanes all my life.... anything with a motor, I could fix it.
What I love most about classic car restoration is seeing the final product and the look of joy and amazement on a customer’s face when they see their old car transformed.

My entire existence has been about fixing and restoring cars, racing cars, wrecking cars in demolition derbies, collecting cars and car memorabilia, and attending car shows and cruise nights. Cars are my passion and my hobby… restoring cars is not just a job, it is my vocation.

I am the real deal, a true car guy. I never sacrifice quality by taking short cuts that only result in a temporary shine. For me, it is about creating something that will last and making the old feel new again, being transported back to simpler and more memorable times. It’s about helping others connect to fond memories from their past and the people they love. And it’s about the freedom of driving down the road in a beautiful classic you can enjoy and share with others.
